New Build. Geforce GTX 770 2gb Or Nvidia GTX 760 3gb

I was wondering what would be better for games such as Arma 3, The Crew, Bf4/Hardline and some of the newer titles coming out, The Geforce GTX 770 2gb or the Nvidia GTX 760 3gb. I will most likely be running on one monitor but i might upgrade to one higher end monitor and a lower end monitor.

I would wait for next gen, but otherwise the GTX 770 is much better. No reason to go 760 when it can't take advantage of 3GB anyway.
