motherboard dead ???

Hi everyone :
An uncovered 12v cable touched my motherboard, since then the pc (dell precision T3500) won't start there is no beep just a 1 2 led blinking. And thank you.

remove every cables from the psu to the motherboard including the ram ,hdd cables,gpu etc and also the BIOS battery then put them back sometimes a short in the board can create these types of problems if it still doesn't works then testing with a different PSu is what i recommend and after that u can be sure its the Board.

hi prit87 thank you for the answer i tried what you just said and it didn't work but i didn't remove the gpu because there is no other way to know if it work again :/
