I've done my research and expanded my knowledge over PC's and this is my decision.
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB(4GBx2) DDR3-1866MHz (80€)
CPU : Intel i5 4690k (218€)
GPU : Sapphire Radeon DUAL-X R9 280x (250€)
MOBO : ASUS Maximus VII Ranger (160€)
Case : NZXT H440 (120€)
PSU : EVGA SUPERNOVA 750 G2 (115€)

So what's your opinion? Do you have any suggestions or improvements? I didn't add storage because I haven't disided yet, probably hdd and later also an SSD(M.2)

More about : build good gaming

U can definitely save some money by buying the 1600mhz ram.
i would recommned u buy either http://www.ebuyer.com/579927-asus-r9-280x-directcu-ii-3...
or http://www.ebuyer.com/581068-gigabyte-r9-280x-3gb-gddr5...

and u should be fine with this motherbaord: http://www.ebuyer.com/640892-asus-z97-a-socket-1150-vga...

but thats up to u
i dont know what ur buget was but i believed i just saved u some money.

The 1600MHz RAM is only 6€ less than the 1866. So I choose 1866MHz. Plus it is a thing that I want badly an over 1600MHz RAM.
About the MOBO I could give an extra 20€ to get the red/black Ranger to match with the case.
Do you know which one of the three GPU's would run cooler and with less noise at full load?

go with the Asus R9 280X as it will make ur system look good, all there of them offere similar specs. I would get the Asus R9 280X as it slightly better than the other two and its way more reliable as its from a trusted brand.

I made some more research I think I'm going for the Gigabyte because with higher clocks runs cooler and comes second in noise after AsUS. thanks for your help

the only reason i didnt recommend that is because people have had issues with the fans in the past. Their was an incident where one of the fans stopped working. It seems less reliable to me. and use gameplay results to compare GPUs.

These new CPUs need high speed RAM for maximum performance, it's sad to see fast CPU and fast motherboard use standard speed RAM. :/

1. could you explain why cpu's need high speed rams?
2. with higher RAM speed there is higher latency too, so isn't like the memory is actually slower?

I'm really confused right now. I believed I was sure about my build but now I know what to buy. I think I'll turn this thread into a GPU poll to finally decide what GPU to buy. Hopefully, I'm not going to need the pc till the end of September so I've got time to think.

Memory and processing power are equally important. The system as a whole is about processing as much memory as quickly as possible. In reality, both RAM and the processor work together to affect computer performance. Individual applications, on the other hand, have certain performance patterns that can also affect the computer speed. However, there are different situations in which one type of component is better than the other. Computers with a single slow program that doesn’t use much space will need a better processor, but may not need very many cores or much memory.

In theory, higher memory frequency allows higher memory bandwidth, of course if the CPU/mobo can support it.

For some games, you may not notice much of a difference because they do not require as much from the RAM. In other games, that are more memory intensive, it is much more noticeable. In some cases, minimum FPS can be affected, so the general idea is to make sure the CPU, mobo, and RAM run at maximum performance whether the game you play the most at that time needs it or not. Maybe down the road you do some work or play some game that needs better RAM performance.
