Hi am curious as to weather this build will be compatible for a hackingtosh build and if there are any tuts on how to apply a bios update for the Z87 OC board for the i7 4790k Devils Canyon. I want to stay under 1200 for budget. Also I am a novice builder for pc's as I have always had laptops but I have also seen many video tutorials from Linus Tech Tips and Newegg.
Here is the list also I do plan on getting a graphics card but at this time I only need to do light video editing and I have read that the better your CPU is the faster it can render video so I was wondering if I can build my hackingtosh without a dedicated GPU but with the possibility of adding a GPU within 6 months.
