all help will be appreciated, im trying to build a gaming pc that can run all games smoothly for about a couple of years on HIGH/ULTRA.

I made some changes. Faster unlocked cpu(overclocking), better cpu cooler(overclocking), faster GPU, faster ram, cheaper but still very good PSU, better gaming monitor, and added a SSD.

i agree. a good case can be obtained for just under $100, and a good monitor for $150
