Hello everyone! This is going to be my first time building a computer for gaming and office use. Unfortunately I can only purchase the parts within my country and it has been very difficult to find stores which sell the parts in a similar price to Newegg.

This is the site where I will be buying all of the parts since this store is the closest one that sells the parts at a somewhat reasonable price : http://dynaquestpc.com/

What do I plan on using the computer for? Mostly gaming (Dragon Age Inquisition, Dying Light, Dead Island 2, League of Legends, DoTA 2, Mass Effect Trilogy some online MMORPG's, etc....) and office use (Microsoft Office, Statistica, and Photoshop/GIMP). I'm hoping to play these games, at most, high settings and probably ultra at 1080p. My budget is around 1150$ or 51,750P (Philippines Pesos, 1$ = 45P).

Here are the parts I've chosen:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 up to 3.90GHz (Quad Core) Haswell Refresh Processor
(220$ or 9,900P @ Dynaquestpc)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X CPU Cooler
(38$ or 1,700P @Dynaquestpc)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87M Pro4
(125$ or 5,600P @ Dynaquestpc)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB Dual 1600 CL9
(95$ or 4250P @Dynaquestpc)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
(83$ or 3,700P @ Dynaquestpc)
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB SSD
(78$ or 3,450P @Dynaquestpc)
Video Card: MSI R9 290 Twin Frozer Gaming 4G GDDR5
(467$ or 20,990P @Dynaquestpc)
Case: Cougar Solution
(43$ or 1,900P @Dynaquestpc)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 750W xxx Edition Modular
(113$ or 5,050P @Dynaquestpc)
Total: 1262$ or 56,790P

I went 100$ overboard, but I think I can earn a little more if I work overtime for this month or so. Anyway what do you guys think of this build and do you have any other recommendations? If so then could you please use the site as your basis for the parts since that's where I'm going to be purchasing them. I plan on building this rig on November 10 when I've finally earned that amount. This is my first build and my first time spending something expensive for myself so I'm reaaaally nervous. I'm really sorry if the post is too long by the way and thanks!
