Hello everyone.. i currently have a samsung 2233bw monitor and i am going to upgrade to a better one (LG 27MP75HM)... Should i also make the move and upgrade my gtx660 to a 4gb gtx770 or should i be fine for one more year with my 660??? (gaming use mostly)

Solution
The 770 is a great card. You can basically max out anything you want to play with that card. If you have the chance to upgrade I would definitely do it.

That monitor will require more power to drive since it´s a higher res. but my advice would be to hold out on the GPU Nvidia are likely going to release the new 800 or 900 (whatever they end up calling it) cards fairly soon. If you can wait that long that is I can imagine a 660 struggeling in some games at this resolution. Eitherway a 770 would not be a bad upgrade but for the money you may also want to consider the AMD R9 280(x)

You wont notice much of a difference, a GTX 780 on the other hand yea, you will be able to play every game on ultra at 1080P with minimum 70 FPS

Won't notice much if a difference? o_O
The 770 is basically a souped up GTX 680. He's going to see a LOT of difference in terms of FPS.

Should it be a better solution to buy another 660 and sli?? it costs the half prize and I read in other threads the sli 660 maybe have better performance than the 770 but i don't know how true that is.

I think that would be wise, GTX 660 in SLI will have the same performance as GTX 770
