Hey! need some help picking up coolers and a mobo for my first build!

Hello everyone! This is my first ever build and I need some help with fans, cpu coolers and MoBo's. What should I pick? I'm at $1165 as of now and I want to spend the less I can.

Also, any ideas on if I should go for an i7 4770k instead of the i5 I chose?
Estimated budget: $1400-1600

i7 is supposed to be 4770k, not 4700k. Sorry.
