is this pc good for gaming and also can the amd fx 6100 use all 16gb ram someone said that it couldn't

That CPU is on the weak side to be honest with you. 3 real cores with an extra module on each one. It's not a real 6 core CPU. It's good enough though.

That CPU is on the weak side to be honest with you. 3 real cores with an extra module on each one. It's not a real 6 core CPU. It's good enough though.

yea I seen their it was only a 3 core cpu as it says 6 cores in all programs but in windows index score it only says 3 so does that mean all fx 6 and 8 serios are not 6 and 8 cores their half off what amd say they are

When you switch to Intel, make sure you get the current Intel Core i5 K that time.

You won't really need an i7 unless you do some content creation.

I used to have a i5 3470 I upgraded from a amd fx 4170 and loved it then sold it and ni I got that pc only reson why I got the fx again was I got it relly cheap £300 it came with a gtx 650 but I got a 7950 their for it
