Hey everyone,

Built a PC a lot of years back as a bit of a project which has been donated to parents for their day to day PC.
I got out of gaming mostly but just play League of Legends mostly. But lately my Laptop on which I have played it has started to crumble and LoL has the worst FPS lag imaginable.
I know LoL is a low spec requiring game, but Id also like to get back into a First person shooter game and maybe a few other higher spec games (Not too fussed about having the highest settings on these games).

Budget of around £550 (as buying in the UK) for the hardware and the OS. Planning to get a renewed Monitor for around 6 months until i can afford i higher quality one (any advice on this would also be hugely appreciated (http://www.tech-renew.com/monitors-17-c.asp)

The build Im currently Umming and arrring about is: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/TXQTZL

I went for the i3 and seperate GPU due to this being what I built last time and from advice elsewhere, but I have been reading a lot about the APUs from AMD, and they do have my curiosity so any advice on going that route would be great.

Thanks!
(Sorry for long post: TL:DR: How does this build look http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/TXQTZL)

+1, this build is great! The V243H is not a bad monitor at all.

Oh Wow :) Thanks so much.
Does this PC have much potential for future upgrades? (Not too sure if thats a route id go down other than installing an SSD - but would be interesting to know)
Thank you!

Yes it does. If you wanted to SLI you would probably need another graphics card though.
