What would be good upgrades for a gaming pc?

Hey,

I am wondering what would be good upgrades for my pc. I know the motherboard and the CPU are a MUST but I am not sure with which ones. Thx.

Intel Core 2 DUO CPU E7300 @ 2.66 GHz
Asus Radeon 6770 HD DC/G/2DI/1GD5
4 GB DDR 2 ram
Power supply is 350 W.

You'll run late 2013 games with that and some new games like Sniper Elite 3 on low/medium settings

I understand that, however I am more interested in newer games. Thats why I need an upgrade. Just not sure what. Thx.
