Upgrading my rig

Hello everyone, First time poster so not sure how it works. But i am trying to upgrade my computer and would like some advice, the budget currently is $400 I'm not expecting much,even a single upgrade will do. But the computer is close to 3 years old and it is due for some kind of upgrade. Thank you in advance.

Current Specs:
Processor: 3.30 gigahertz Intel Core i5-2500K (oc 4.2)
Board: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO
RAM: 8Gbs Vengeance
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti [Display adapter] (2x)
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda LP Hard Drive ST31000520AS

What PSU do you have? All this build needs is a good GPU and maybe a SSD

Right now i have the tx850 corsair.

Okay yes thats good, you can get a GTX 770 and small SSD for storing maybe the OS and 1 or 2 games
