CPU May be hot?

Recently my computer has been fairly loud. I have an i7 4770K with an H100i(stock) cooler. Case: 300r, GTX 770, 8GB RAM. CPU speeds are at stock but I'm not sure why the fans seem like they're loud. I've been told the stock H100i fans vibrate a little which may be the problem but I don't think they should be that loud at stock speeds. Could it be that my CPU requires thermal paste?

Stock H100i fans are fairly loud. Your best option is to download corsair link, and lower the speeds on the fan curve. Temps should still be in acceptable range but RMP will be lower. Just be sure to check your temperatures when doing so.

For the most part, the only game I play is CSGO on the computer. I doubt lowering RPM would be a problem.

Yeah the stock fans can be noisy. If you don't mind spending a little extra cash I would recommend swapping them for some Noctua NF-12's. Otherwise lowering the RPM could do the trick. Also make sure the screws are fully tightened.
