Help me overclock this badboy!

Hey there forum,

So I think it's time to overclock my FX-8350 . Updated the last 2 pieces I wanted changed in my PC and I want to OC my CPU a bit (4,5Ghz maybe 4,6) but I'm a n00b when it comes to it! . I've watched some YouTube tutorials but with different motherboards . I kinda need help with mine (ASrock 990FX Extreme4) ... So here is my PC setup

ASrock 990FX Extreme4
AMD FX-8350
4x4GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX Beast at 1333MHz
Kingston HyperX 128GB SSD
2TB Seagate HDD
Crossfire HD7950
Corsair RM850 PSU
Corsair H100 Push Pull
NZXT Phantom Black Case

1st Question : Will my PSU handle all this stuff?

2nd : Could anybody with the same mobo help me out ? (What to change , what to disable , enable)

3rd: How much do you think I should overclock it to be ok ?

A nice little tutorial would be awesome

Question 1: It would handle it but Corsair RM is not really that high quality.
Question 2: The easiest way to overclock this board is to use there CPU OC Mode which allows it to overclock automatically by a percentage.
Question 3: You should overclock to 4.5GHZ

Like said, the RM850 "isn't ideal for serious overclocking." It'll do the job, but, I'd be careful with working up your OC. (You have more than enough power, though.)
