The stock cooler will be fine. You can't overclock your CPU, so there isn't a reason to get an aftermarket cooler unless your room is really hot.

you won't see that much difference with a non-stock cooler that will fit in an itx-case that isn't a water cooler.

But this would be the best air cooled to fit in your case: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps8...
And you "should" be able to fit this water cooler in the front of the case (replacing the 120mm fan that's already there): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-coole...

The water cooler one seems very attractive =D
However, if I replaced the 120mm fan which is already there, how do I bring air from outside to the case??

With the watercoolers fan. The watercooler is radiator a bunch of thin metal tubes that the water passes through and the fan pulls cool outside air over the radiator fins, cooling the liquid, this will also provide airflow to the case. Your PSU provides an exhaust as well (it should anyways), and the GPU's fans are facing it's own private air access and it vents hot air out the rear of your case as well.

Oh I see, it seems working very nice! The installation seems hard tho, but I want to give it a go. =D
Btw, do I need a special screw driver or something to install this?

No, the case/the water cooler will come with the screws you need for it.
