Acer problems help!!

So I bought a new acer laptop and it won't go into play store or download the new updates or go on the Internet or anything. What do I do?

Have you installed all of the required drivers from the support disk? If so, go into Device Manager and see if there's a yellow warning marker next to the wireless adapter. If not, make sure the adapter is enabled.
