Sorry if this is the wrong forum, so many places this question could go in.
TL:DR - how do I make this computer boot up as fast as possible?

Just finished this build:

Install your OS on the SSD (make sure SATA mode is set to AHCI first), disable all unused peripherals through the UEFI and if there's a Fast Boot option in the UEFI turn it on.

After you've installed Windows, open MSConfig, go to the Boot tab and check the box next to No GUI boot. That'll gain you a second or two.

That's all you can do really, aside from not installing too many programs that start on boot.
