Ok so I have been having other threads but I keep getting different answers so I cant decide. I order all my parts in exactly one week and I need to get my final build before then so my parents can order the parts.

Im gonna use this to stream and record every day. Will be streaming and recording Arma III, Minecraft, Day z, rust, BF4, league and WoW. Gonna be on 1080p and I need it to not lag when im playing

My budget is $1200

1) This one has a R9 290x in it for under $1250 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PqZxTW

2) The site doesn't list the fact this card (R9 290) also comes with a $40 newegg gift card and comes under 1200 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rTkcBm

I would go with the I5 and a R9 290 if you can do it.

I can do both of the ones i listed just wanted to know all of yours opinions.

In my opinion the i5 would be the best CPU for your price range and I really would do the r9 290 over the r9 280x because the 290 is just a monster for the price. If you want a bit more fire power than go with the R9 290x.

The GTX 780/ GTX 780 ti cards just aren't worth the money or at lest not in my opinion. Driver support seems to be mostly subjective than anything else. My GTX 580 had many driver issues and yet my ATI/AMD HD 4870 never ran into any so I really think it depends on software, hardware the customer is running and how long the hardware has been out for.

You can get a decent locked i5 for the same price as an 8320+ aftermarket cooler. So my vote goes to neither of the two cpus, but a locked i5 such as an i5-4460.

Made some changes with this one : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/f7KHpg

I would make a R9 290 fit in the build if you can, because for gaming it will really have an impact over the R9 280x.
