Hi everyone.

I am building my first PC and I'm very interested in this RAM:

http://www.outletpc.com/mh3552.html

I am from Mexico and unfortunately haven't found that model in my country. OutletPC says they ship to Mexico through USPS but I don't know if they send with tracking number or what could I do if the RAM never arrives or something like that happens. I could ask them directly but they seem to be slow at responding emails.

Do you have any advice or maybe someone who knows if they provide traking number or refunds if the package gets lost and also, if OutletPC is a reliable site to buy from.

Thanks for your help!

I personally have no experience with outletpc, I have had friends who ordered from there and they say it is fine, but can be a little iffy at times. I would stick with amazon and newegg, newegg has a great reputation but can be hard to rma items, and amazon is very fast and has excellent customer service.

I would like to because I've heard about the good reputation of Newegg and Amazon has also been great with me, but Newegg (as far as I know) doesn't ship outside of the US and for the RAM I want Amazon has no shipping to Mexico either :(
