Hey guys,

I am wanting to build a PC for streaming games to Twitch and doing some very light video editing for youtube. This will be a 1 PC setup so I want to make sure it will be fine running and streaming at the same time.

Was looking at iBuyPower setups, but apparently they are way overpriced for their setups and I heard its more fun building your own anyway. iBuyPower Build This is what I originally made on there, and tried to make my build close to that one.

I have been using a Macbook to play light games on forever but want to start streaming. This will be my first time building a computer and will have to start from the ground up when it comes to getting all peripherals and such. What you are seeing in the part list right now is my absolute max budget.

Can someone look it over and give me some advice on how to improve it/where to cut corners?

Ok, I swapped out the Power supply on my list with the SeaSonic you recommended. Thanks for the link.

Thanks! My main concern was that I've been hearing that streaming on an i5 instead of an i7 will result in a noticeable decline in quality. On the other hand, I have heard that unless I'm doing heavy video editing (which I don't plan on doing anytime soon) the i7 will not be helping my performance at all.

I used to stream with my 3570k and it was putting out 1080p, great quality. With no issues :)  don't worry about the i7. Like you said, not worth it unless your doing some heavy edits.
