At Intel, the specifications for this CPU under Expansion are:
PCI Express Revision : 2.0
But at AMD and ASUS , the specifications of the card are PCI Express 3.0.
The motherboard I have chosen, Gigabyte's GA-H61M-DS2 rev 3.0 is PCI Express 3.0 ready.
Now my question is will I be able to run at PCI Express 3.0 speed with that CPU? Motherboard Slots are PCI-E 3.0, Card is PCI-E 3.0, but if CPU is PCI-E 2.0, will I be able to run the card at the speed of PCI-E 3.0? PCI-E 3.0 is double the bandwidth of PCI-E 2.0. And even if I run at PCI-E 2.0, will I notice any difference? Suppose, while playing GTA-IV on medium-high settings at 1600 x 900. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance. :)

You should have no problems as the PCI-E is independent of the CPU. If the motherboard supports PCI-E 3.0 then you should be ready to go.

Thanks for the quick answer and also the 'accurate' answer. Solved.
