Specs:
CPU: AMD FX6300
MOBO: Asus M5a99x evo
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4gb) (1600MHz)
Case: Cooler Master Haf X
CPU Fan: CM hyper 212 evo
PSU: Corsair AX850w
Thermal Compound: Arctic Cooling MX-4
I decided to overclock my CPU and I got 4.3 GHz stable, I set the voltage to 1.4 for the CPU voltage and NB at 1.23V and the temps I'm getting are 44°C idle and 64°C full load with prime95 running for quite a while doing the heat test.
I wanted to know if this is good and can I push it further? I've seen other people run the fx6300 4.3 GHz with CM 212 evo at 35°C idle around 55°C prime95 with similar voltage settings as well so I don't know what I'm doing different.
