Hello people of Tom's Hardware. The title sums it up. Does anyone know if the h100i and 295x2 are compatible in a bitfenix prodigy? The 295x2 radiator will most likely be positioned at the back and h100i at the top.

If not any ITX case suggestions for these components would be welcome

There's no particular reason why not, it's probably the only ITX case which is suited to doing this. The 250D might work, but it wouldn't be as good as you'd be forced to put the 295x2 radiator on the front.

You are fine on graphics card length/width. It has suitable locations for the radiator(s) too.
I'd have two or three minor concerns-
1) Both the H100i and 295x2 have reasonably long pipes for larger cases. That means you'll have a lot of tucked/folded pipes. You should have the space in which to do it, but it'll be a bit of a mess and it won't do much for airflow either.
2) With all of those pipes, installation will be a nightmare.
3) Off the top of my head I only know of one PSU which fits in a Prodigy and will support this hardware config (Silverstone Strider Plus ST1000-P) Now I'm sure there's others which will, but the selection will be dramatically limited. It is possible to mod the case to extend the PSU area.
