need help removing dvd out of my notebook

Hi all

Last week I lost all my data on my notebook due to a hard disk failure.
I managed to re-install windows 7 and I was able to use my notebook again.
last evening I tried to re-install power DVD from cyberlink.
I used the original dvd that came with the computer and when I inserted it
to my dvd player the instal window popped up.
As soon I clicked run, the computer got unbelievable slow (when clicking the
start button it takes about 5min before the window pops up).
I let the computer run the whole evening until we had to go to bed, but
it was still doing the same thing.I couldn't turn of the computer the usual way
so I pressed the on/off button for about 4 sec and then it turned itself off
with the installation dvd still in the player.
Now every time I start the computer it takes about half an hour just to get to
the log in screen.
So windows 7 does start up but it takes a very long time and it is unbelievable
slow.I tried to start up in safe mode but the same thing happens.
I cant eject the dvd from my notebook and it has no tray so I,m not able to use
a paperclip an force it out.
All the time I can hear the player starting stopping, starting stopping, this
goes on for ever. how can I get this damn dvd out off my notebook?
Right clicking the drive in this computer doesn't work( after a while I get the
message "computer is not responding" )

Check on the laptop's manufacturer website for your particular model and then take a look at the user guide. I'm pretty sure there will be instructions how to force eject a DVD/CD like in your case.

As the computer is booting, hold down the trackpad button. You can also do the same thing with the eject key (if you have one). That sends a hardware-level "eject" signal to the drive.
