i will use the pc in 3d rendering (google sketch up ,v ray, lumion, revit , autocad, 3d max,....)
and gaming (crisis, COD , BF ,.... )

tell what u think should i go for it or anything should be changed ?

Just a few changes to my preference. I like the 250D more than the Elite 130. The H100i is far superior to the Seidon 120M. Better power supply. Better ram. Cheaper and possibly better 780ti and better SSD

nice built deadgraphics
but i prefer the 2400 bus on the ram , and for the msi graphic card i am not sure which is better evga or msi, plz tell me why u think msi is better .

and please tell me why u think the corsair 250d better than cooler master elite 130

MSI Has a higher clock speed and better cooler since the one you picked out has a reference design (original design) I changed the RAM because it is over the limit of intel's platforms voltage which is 1.5V you should be able to get some 2400MHz RAM with 1.5V. I prefer the 250D because I think it has a more clean aesthetic, I prefer the looks of it and it is well built as well as it's Corsair's most premium line up. The Obsidian range. Another nice case that is pretty much brand new is the Corsair 380t which should be a bit cheaper than the 250D but I am not sure if it is on sale or not
