Can that procesor take the graphics card?

These will work together fine.
You will find the processor limits your frame rate in some situations (bottleneck).
A Core i3 would be better, or a Core i5 would be much better.

I assume you'll be overclocking that pentium? That CPU overclocked is a beast!(price/performance especially in gaming)

No, these are for older sockets.
You want Core i3-4XXX or Core i5-4XXX.
