Upgrading from hd 6670.Need advice

Core Edition Radeon R7 260X 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 $124.99
GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 $139.95

I have found these two. I'm trying to stay under 150$ if possible. I just upgraded the PSU to a 750W unit. So now I want to up my video card options. Thanks for any replies.
