that is the list feel free to comment on it on pcpartpicker. I am looking to run simple games like minecraft but also more complex games like BF4 at respectable frames/settings.

And in the long run looking at how much I could sell this for on eBay. I am realizing how much people overprice computers there and have computer's without an OS so I think I might have a chance at making a few bucks for upgrades and such.

Itll run stuff pretty well, but youll want a better quality psu. Also, why do you need seven fans?

Edit: And you might encounter some shortcomings with only 4 gb of ram.

There are plenty of cases that cool well without adding extra fans . But if a system was really power hungry then more fans can add cooling .

Im not a huge fan of the case in the list I gave you . The choice was based on price . If I had a few extra dollars to spend on fans then I would just buy a better case instead .
The Antec 302

is exceptional at the $60 price point .

To get great OC's you will also need an aftermarket cooler . The Zalman Optima is very well priced right now .The CM Hyper 212 is also great for the price . On the standard cpu cooler you can OC a little . 4 - 4.1 Ghz is usually possible . But it is noisy at that speed .

Use amd's feature manager or overdrive software to OC
