choppy mouse Crysis1 is it my cpu?

I have been playing this game a for a while with no issues until i got to the paradise lost missions. the snowy part of the game. My mouse starts to stutter like crazy. What causes this?

My specs:
3770k no overclock
780ti sc
wd black hdd
16gb memory
1440p
win 7

everything is at ultra, no aa v-sync turned on. Motion blur off

Is it still fine if you load up a save from before the snowy part of the game? Or is that now laggy as well?

Also, with that kind of hardware, why don't you have any AA turned on?
