I have a weird booting problem

If the computer is restarting halfway through the boot process, then everything in your system does NOT work. Sounds like a driver issue. See if you can boot in safe mode by pressing F8 or holding the shift key and pressing F8 as soon as you press the power button until the advanced boot menu opens and then select safe mode.

If you can't access the advanced startup options with either of those methods, try methods 4,5 and 6 on the following page:

I have a keyboard but it's powered up after the screen changes and it says "Please insert hard drive and press any key to continue". Any other options?

Could it be that the bios needs an update? Could that render me unable to load everything? Just a thought.

Make sure the hard drive cables are firmly plugged in. Maybe remove and reinstall them. How did you install the operating system if the keyboard didn't work? I WOULD look for a BIOS update. It sounds like you need to enable legacy USB in the BIOS.

Now the keyboard works and it recognizes the hard drive (i changed the boot order to boot hard drive first which actually help a ton). But it still dons't want to boot all the way. THE KEYBOARD NOW WORKS.

What OS are you running? I'd probably try to reinstall if you made some changes in the BIOS and it's recognizing the drive now. Make sure when you install to choose the custom option, delete ALL existing partitions and then create a new partition using the entire available space. Choose that partition for the install and reinstall. There was likely an error that occurred during the original installation. It's not uncommon, happens all the time.

I bought a copy online so I can re install unless there is somewhere where I can get a re install/repair version of win 7. Thanks for the help. I really do appreciate it.

Is there like a tutorial that i could watch? I'd look for one myself but I don't know what I'm looking for. Thanks!

You can use the following if you have installation media or a recovery partition. If you did not create recovery media after you downloaded your windows OS you'll need to download it again and burn it to disk to install. You can also try to do a repair or renew first by trying the following link. If that won't work you'll need to install using the next link at the bottom.
