Planning My First Build.. help?

I'm building my first PC using PC Part Picker and some help from a friend who did the same not too long ago. This is what I've come up with so far.

CPU - i7 4790K

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard - ASUS Z97-A
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws X series (2x4GB) DDR3 1866
Storage - Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB 2.5" SSD
- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Dual Classified ACX
(I'm going with this one because I can get it for $356 compared to around $320 for the 2GB 770)
Case - Rosewill BlackHawk ATX Mid Tower
PSU - EVGA 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
OS - Windows 7 or 8.1?

I would really appreciate any opinions or recommendations on anything. Thanks in advance!

This build is really solid, everything you have chosen is really good value for money. If you're not going to be editing, streaming or rendering though I would recommend getting the i5 4670k as you won't see a performance difference when gaming. I would also recommend getting an XFX or Seasonic 650w psu instead.

Is that because you think 750 is overkill or EVGA don't make good psu's?
