PC upgrade or new console?

Intel i3 530 2.93 Ghz (OC'd to 3.3Ghz)
NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 64 Bits (OC'd about 20-25%)
6.0 GB DDR3 RAM
Monitor: LG Flatron W2243T
Motherboard: Intel DH55TC
PSU: Quantum AC Input 230v 50Hz with 2 Sata Connector
Cabinet: iBall Cabinet with SMPS-iBall Piano 108 Black Red
Everything is on stock cooling.

Hi guys! The specs of my rig are listed above. Now, to the real topic. I have a budget of about 15k INR, that's about 250 USD. I wanted to ask what would be a better choice/decision. A PC upgrade i.e. only a GPU and PSU upgrade, or buying a new console. The only consoles that fit my budget are the 7th Gen. consoles, Xbox 360 and PS3. (8th Gen. is way over budget) If asked to choose between Xbox 360 and PS3, I would lean more towards the Xbox 360 for cheaper games and a better controller but i like the PS3 games/exclusives a lot more!

What do you think? I look forward to gaming with either of the two systems (PC or console) decently for the next 2-3 years.

Well you should build a new pc,should not upgrade old pc,which game would you play?

I don't think my parents would allow me to build a new PC. But yeah, i can ask, maybe sell this one for a good price and then build a new one. As i said, i look forward to gaming with either of the 2 systems (PC or Console) decently for at least the next 2-3 years. By decent, i mean all the games till that date should work with a fine (better than playable) FPS, 60, 30, whatever. As for graphical settings, i don't mind if by the end of 2-3 years i have to play with 1280x720 and low-med settings but i would like it if i don't have to go lower than that by then (although i have slim to none problems even if i have to set it lower).

If your parents agree.Maybe you should give me a budget that I would give you a best list for build a new gaming pc.
If not,I would go PS3.

Are you trying to say that upgrading this PC (only GPU and PSU) is completely futile? Even if I install a GTX 750 Ti and a 450 watt PSU in it? Also, i'd like to know, what advantage does a PS3 give me over upgrading this PC with the components I mentioned above?

Well,your cpu i3 530 is too bad,if you only upgrade gpu and psu, maybe your will still lag in the game.
So,I would prefer build a new pc or buy ps3.
