Your idle temp of 36C and your gaming temp of 65C is fine with that stock cooler. Nothing to worry about there. But are you saying that the PC shuts itself off when you are gaming?

If this is a new pre-built PC still under warranty, I'd return it. If not, what is the make/model of the PSU?

I made this pc from parts. PSU- ZAS-LOGI-LC-600-ATX-PFC: PSU LOGIC ATX 600W 120mm FAN

That's what I was afraid of. The PSU looks to be a low quality, over rated unit. The all-important +12V ratings put it more in the 300W range than 600W. Your problem may be PSU related. That would be my first thought.

Today I bought new thermal paste and play game ~35 min now better ~59c and not that laud

It's not about the amount of wattage. It's about the quality of the power supply. There are 750W power supplies that kill the motherboard of systems that don't even use 300W, because they couldn't provide a stable current. The power supply is the most important for the stability of your system. You have to replace it. If you buy a 500W PSU rated as 80Plus Gold, you'll be better off than with your current 750W. Although, I'd recommend you get at least 600W for your system. Over 750W if you wish to have an upgrade path open. This puts you anywhere between 80$ and $150 for a good quality power supply.

All I'm trying to say is that a no-name PSU with small capacity +12V rails like yours (18A and 16A) is not a true 600W PSU, and it will deteriorate quickly over time with the 10.5A CPU, 8A gfx card, plus MB, fans, drives, and whatever else is included in your system that runs off the +12V rails.
