I have checked and everything in my system works. Maybe Windows? I just need someone to help me.

Your BIOS should look pretty much like this, http://i.imgur.com/cN8YWY5.jpg go in and find the SATA working mode, should be able to switch from IDE to AHCI to RAID. If it's on IDE, try AHCI. If it's on AHCI, try IDE. It looks like that's about where you're eating it on the boot process.

Also try booting into safe mode and see if you can tell what the last thing it's trying to load on the screen before it reboots. Boot into safe mode by tapping F8 continuously when you see the motherboard logo.

I installed a CD Rom and its drivers but that's it.

Oh, and I did update the OS. (Windows 7)

F8 is to choose what i boot off of.

You have to press F8 after the post screen. Just before Windows boots.
