I need help choosing economic gaming PC

i have two options now: First and Second

Which one is better in your opinion? Sorry for foreign language websites, but names and models can be seen easily

The first one will give better gaming performance, but i would recommend against cheap power suplies. Go for big names like antec, corsair, cooler master, etc.
