What CPU+Motherboard+RAM can i buy for 500$ ?

I have a PSU of 550w and a GTX 760, the rest of components are old : i3-550 3.4 gbz, 4gb x2 ram and a motherboard ga-p55-ud3l . I want to change them because i can't harness the full power of the GPU.
