Long time reader first time post so please go easy on me.

first the computer specs

intel core 2 Duo E6700 socket 775
motherboard- AsRock ConRoeXfire-eSATA2
Ram is 4 GB DDR2 6300 240 pin
power supply is thermaltake Smart M 750W 80plus bronze

Ok, here is what I'm doing.

I have 2 5870 hd in X fire.

I'm running 6 monitors with 2 eyefinity groups.

I use them for making music as is the purpose for this whole computer build.

I only have 2 pcie slots.

I want to add a third graphics card in a pci slot.

While building this computer I was sick and tired of unplugging everything just to check
bios or other single screen functions. So... I kinda took a head rest car LCD screen ( circuit board and all ) apart and installed them in my computer case. The LCD screen takes up 3 day drives of my full tower that I honestly never would use. ( and looks freaking awesome )

Problem is that it's only analog. Meaning a video ( yellow RCA female ) jack is the only way to connect. So I figured a low quality pci graphics card with S video converted to RCA would work.

Back to my question.

I'm using all my X fire out puts in their respective digital outputs. Meaning yes I know that HD 5870 had dvi that output analog as well but, I'm using all my ports.

I guess I don't have a lot of choices here.

Anyone know if I need to use ATI for the PCI card?

If I use Nvidia pci card, will it clash with Catalyst drivers?

Will my idea even work?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

I love this site!
