Is it possible to save a tutorial while working on revisions or even the first revision, without it going live. I've been working on one and I'd like to save it for future work but the last two tutorials I saved to work on later were deleted by a moderator for some reason despite them not being completed.

I guess I can just save the tutorial content as a text file and repast it each time I work on it but that seems unnecessarily redundant. Just wondering what you guys do. I know another mod showed me a tutorial in progress a while back so I'm assuming it can be done I'm just not sure if there is a trick to it and what to do to keep it from being delected while it's unfinished.

I believe there's a section that's not visible to normal users that's being used by paid contractors to write them. That might be what you were shown.

Umm, yeah, maybe. I'm pretty certain it was a mod though. But that's ok, if there's not a way, no big. I guess add it to the list of future features huh? The ability to restrict specific types of posts or threads to go live until it's ready might be a useful feature for certain types of member contributions. Anyhow, thanks.
