I'm trying to put together a computer for gaming and work. I play World of Tanks and World of Warplanes, at 30-70 FPS - minimum/lowest settings. I'd like to get a set-up that would allow me to play those games on high (doesn't have to be the highest) settings and retain the 30-70 FPS rate.

My current set-up:

CPU: DualCore Intel Pentium E5800, 3,2MHz
MB: MSI G41M-P28 (MS-7592) (Intel Eaglelake G41)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD5750 (1GB)
HDD: 1x WDC WD5000AAKS-00YGA0 (500GB, 7200 RPM, SATA II)
1X WDC WD6400AARS-00Y5B1 (640GB, SATA II)
RAM: 2GB kingston DDR3
PSU: 420W

1) is it sensible/cost-effective to upgrade the existing set up? With what?
if not, then:
2) I have roughly 500€ to spend on the components. Of that I'll spend around 130€ for a Zotac AMP GTX 670 2GB DDR5 GPU. I'll reuse the HDDs, and maybe spend 66€ for Kingston 2,5" SSD disk 120GB, SATAIII.
That leaves me with 300€ for an MB, RAM and a CPU.
I like the I5/I7 line, but I'd buy AMD if I get better performance for less money.
I think I'm forgeting something, but I can't remember what...

Yup, knew there was something important. :)

I'm looking at SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply. Will it suffice?

After some time searching the forums and guides I'm thinking on going with this build:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4570 Prozessor (3,2GHz, Sockel LGA1150, 6MB Cache) boxed von Intel 177 €
MB: Asrock Z97M Anniversary MATX Mainboard Sockel 1150 (Intel Z97, 4x DDR3, 4x SATA III) von Asrock 84 €
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520 Stromversorgung (520 Watt, ATX22) von Seasonic 71€

I hope all things work out as planned.
