Gigabyte R9 280x oc Windforce rev.2 fan problem

So I have an Gigabyte R9 280x oc rev.2 about 3/4 months and yesterday i noticed that my middle fan js not at normal rpm while the two other are fine (and this had never happen) then I opened to see what was happening. When it was already dismounted I noticed that the fans were a little dirty but nothing unsual and I though that may be the problem i've clean them, and at the same time I maked sure that de fans conector were well put. and they were so. I still did't fix the problem and have no ideia what's going on... I would aprecciate if you could help me. By the way my specs are:

Amd fx 8320
2x corsair 4gb vengeance
2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB SATAIII
Urano vx 750w
gigabyte r9 280x oc windforce rev.2

I've got the exact same card with the exact same problem. I am going to try oil it soon and see if that helps. If not I am going to buy a replacement fan.
