Well I want to know if the above-said GPU will work with a Corsair VS 450 SMPS. It requires a 6 pin connector so I was wondering. Also, will it fit inside a Cooler Master Elite 311 Cabinet? Is it a good card?
And please give me a rating of this card with a Intel Pentium G3220 CPU. This is not essential but still. PC:-

The R7-250X is probably a bit better performer than the other two. And it should work fine with the rest of your specs. The case won't be a problem for fit.
But I would advise against buying that case w/PSU. The PSUs that come with cases are notoriously cheap and over rated. The case alone w/o PSU runs almost that much. So you know the PSU is a "throw-away".

Those are some pretty demanding games at highest settings and at 1920x1080. Your card will be OK, but you will have to play at reduced settings to have it run at playable frame rates. Maybe consider the GTX 750 Ti. Many do not require a 6 pin power connector, but are faster than the R7-250X.
