I'm having an issue with a users computer in my company. She is unable to download anything from any browser (have tried ie 10 /11 and chrome). The download starts and becomes a "Partial Download" seemingly forever. The same thing happens in both browsers as well as when trying to save attachments from Outlook 2013 desktop client (not the web based version obviously) so I don't believe the issue lies in the browsers. I'm currently running malware-bytes and hoping something turns up. If not does anyone else have any suggestions / more info I should provide for help?
