Fan to Molex connector...

Are these items the exact same thing?

Both say "4 pin Molex male and 4 pin Molex female", but when it comes to the fan connector one is "FDD power" while the other is "4-pin Mini Socket Female".?. They look the same to me. Is there no universal word for fan connector?

Those aren't fan, those are floppy drive power cables.

There is a "few" of them. I just typed in molex to fan.
