Computer Crashing After 1 Year of Smooth Sailing

Windows 7

Computer crash after 5 minutes to 2 hours.

Crashes become more rapid over 24 hour period. Now I have problems getting it to load windows(still possible).

I tried memtest86 and memory seems fine.
I tried it again, and computer crashed during the test even!

I was able to update GPU drivers(AMD 7970) between crashes. Still crashes...

Event viewer shows little. (The same error as when power goes out.)







Suggested tests would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

probably a cooling issue

check the fan in the psu is turning
check the cpu fan is spining and the heatsink firmly attached
same for graphics card
and mb chipsets

Edit: PSU fan spins up on boot, then stop spinning. I think the fan is good, psu just isn't hot

All other fans seems good, CPU/Motherboard/GPU temps look fine too.

I can't even get the think to load windows now tho

EDIT EDIT: I got it to load windows... This thing is so inconsistent
