Asus H97M E mobo good for i5-4690 and Zotac GTX 780?

Hi guys! I'm planning on this new build. Please let me know if the mobo wouldn't hinder performance or please suggest to make it better. Same budget please. No overclocking. Thanks!

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LP (Dual) 2x4gb ddr3 1600 CL9 (CML8GX3M2A1600C9)
Graphics: Zotac GTX 780 AMP! 3gb/384bit ddr5
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 120gb sata
HD: Seagate 3tb (ST3000DM001) 64mb sata
Case: Cooler Master N200 Clear Side
PSU: Seasonic (S12II) 620watts PSU 80Plus Bronze
Mon: BenQ 24" (RL2455HM) LED

That is a great build man, you would need a H97 board to use the Devil's canyon I5 that you have, that GPU is powerful! No bottlenecks anywhere man. Just enjoy the toys you get :p
