R9 290 Which?

which r9 290 should i get? I've heard the tri-x is good but that goes over my budget,

What I'm looking for is the one that has the best performance and one that runs cool.
Also are R9 290's meant to run above 90C? Because i've seen a lot of reviews that they usually get up to that temperature.

Asus is generally more reliable than XFX & Gigabyte.

I would prefer the Asus, but since the XFX is $30 cheaper I would rather get the XFX. Also only the reference coolers get 90C+ but with these aftermarket coolers they stay pretty cool and quiet. For example the Tri-x barely gets to 60C when playing games like BF4 on ultra.
