I have 2 internet connections with different ISP. I am a rookie at networking

Problem: When one internet connection is down which is connected to LAN network. and second connection is not connected to lan network as i am unable to setup. How can i setup both so when one connection is down other starts working.

I have 10 computers connected through networking. Its not like i want to use both connections at the same time..second connection starts automatically or i can switch LAN wire when one is down..

You can get a router with automatic fail-over.
