Monitor got nothing to do with your VGA, resolution does.
Both of these are 1080p so it doesn't matter its just a matter of preference.

Both monitors will work equally well on max resolution, as hoax187 said.

but the first one has 5ms gtg response time ( but it has a nice wide screen ) and thes second has 2ms gtg response time so wich one do you prefer ?

From the links you posted both seem to have 5ms response time I don't see where is the 2ms you are talking about.
