I bought a cheap Zoostorm PC and wanted to change the cheap power supply to a Corsair 430W. The PSU had a 4 pin CPU (ATX i think there called) cable plugged into the motherboard, the motherboard however has 8 pins.
The new Corsair has a 8 pin CPU cable so should I plug all 8 into the 8 pin on the motherboard or just stick with 4 like the old PSU had?
Just wnat to know the affects before going ahead and doing this?
