Need help with new build

So I've been working for a couple a months at braums and I've managed to save up 700$ and I was needing some building a gaming computer.. I mostly play LoL and dota2 but i wanna start playing wildstar..

-I want dual monitors both HDMI
-possibly and ssd for OS

What components and other things do you already have? Do you need to buy both monitors, an os, keyboard, mouse, etc... stuff like that?
